Curated list of vetted wholesalers — not a random directory, a list of people I have personally worked with and trust not to waste your time or pad their fees.
Warm introductions to select wholesalers — I make the introduction so you're not showing up cold.
Two Ask Me Anything support calls within 60 days — because questions come up and you shouldn't have to figure them out alone.

Deal Flow Management
$2,500 per month (3–6 month minimum) or $1,500 per month
+ success fee per closed deal.
Acquisition Management: I make the warm lead calls, visit the properties, document everything with photos and video, and give you an honest evaluation before you ever have to set foot inside.
Wholesaler Fee Negotiation: I speak the language and I know when a deal is being padded. I've negotiated finder's fees down by $30k. That savings goes back in your pocket, not theirs.
Offer Writing and Deal Negotiation: I write the offers and negotiate the terms so you're protected and positioned well from the start.
Ongoing Consulting: Two hours per month included so we can stay aligned on strategy as your portfolio grows.
Optional Add-On: Contractor site management, priced per project. My husband is a licensed contractor and between the two of us we make sure your renovations stay on timeline and on budget.
Elite Investor Partnership
$6,500 per month retainer or $10,000 – $25,000 per project. Standard real estate commission included.
Full Acquisition Management: End to end deal management, from finding the deal to closing it.
High-Level Offer Writing and Negotiation: I bring everything I know about this market and these sellers to the table on your behalf.
Contractor Site Management: I keep your renovations moving, your contractors accountable, and your timelines tight.
Interior Design Consulting for Flips: On request, I help you make the design decisions that actually move the needle on resale value.
Listing Services for Flipped Properties: when it's time to sell I handle that too.
